Nurturing Today. Shaping Tomorrow.
We build innovative tools that meet children in their most vulnerable moments. By shifting their physiology when it matters most for their focus, behavior, and success we make an positive impact in their future health.
Our Mission:
Create Kids Inc. was founded in response to the developmental and educational setbacks children faced during the COVID-19 pandemic. Today, our mission is to design innovative, scalable programs that empower youth and close critical opportunity gaps.
Our goal is to empower children and families by educating them on the vital connection between the body, nervous system, and mental health. As a steward of pediatric mental health tech, research, and community success; Create develops the tools and education needed to grow resilience in the next generation.
Our Programs
A whole body approach using education and skills that grow awareness of the body to increase mental and emotional resilience.

VR for Health
We studied VR's use for social skill building in ASD, resilience, mental health and physical therapy within Miami-Dade County.

Breathe Better
We're using the Webe to teach kids the most effective breathing technique studied so they build self-regulation skills earlier than ever.

Soma Music
We're using music to help kids regulate through customized songs that bring their heart rate down in real time.

Sensory Fair
We developed an interactive exhibit that teaches the connection between the brain and body.
Why A Bottoms-Up Approach
Traditional top-down methods rely on a child’s ability to talk through their feelings, but we know that developmentally, the brain shuts down during moments of high stress or sensory overload.
Without teaching kids about how their body is connected to emotions, we keep them stuck in a disempowering loop of responding to stress after the fact.
Our programs are developed with a bottoms-up approach that prioritizes the body first, using tactile, music and respiratory feedback to communicate directly with the nervous system through the vagus nerve.
By teaching kids how to stabilize their own physical heart rate and breath first, we help a child to process their emotions and provide a biological shortcut to calm that helps them react better in the moment, and that works even when words fail.
